Professional Training

Hi Tech-C Systems, Inc. (HTCS) offers customized training for your business. Whether you need assistance with learning how to use your new phone system, or a refresher on how to configure your Automated Attendant, our Qualified Technicians are here to help! We will train all system administrators and/or end users.

Our fast-track training provides a better understanding for your telephone system making your company more knowledgeable. We also provide onsite training on all Avaya/Nortel/Cisco Phone and Voicemail Systems.

HTCS Qualified Technicians will provide hands on training to all our existing and non-existing customers demonstrating, the features of your office phone system (including voicemail) and accessories. Some of the systems we’ve trained our customers on are:
