Shadow OSN safeguards personnel, resources and communication facilities when emergencies arise and guards your system from malicious use. If an emergency 911 call is dialed, Shadow OSN immediately notifies a security extension or authorized desktops, instantly delivering information about the calling party, including the extension and date and time of the call. Shadow OSN may also be configured with Public Safety Access Point (PSAP) information, which can be delivered via email to authorized response personnel.
