HTCS Service and Maintenance Contracts

Please note Avaya is no longer supporting the Nortel/Norstar Phone System. There is a shortage of
parts, so we recommend you take a Service and Maintenance Contract to avoid expensive replacement of parts or systems, as we are still able to provide them.

Our Service and Maintenance contracts cover all parts and labour on equipment worn through normal use. They also include remote (telephone) technical support, as well as allow you discounts on programming visits and new purchases.

Upgrade Your Present Phone System
